DOMESTIC APPLICANTS

Application Process for Grades 7 to 11

Rolling Admissions are ongoing for 2023-2024.

Our admissions operate on a rolling basis, meaning we review and accept applications throughout the year.

However, we strongly recommend initiating the application process as early as possible to secure your spot and facilitate a smooth enrollment experience.

  • All-required-documents

    All Required Documentation

    • Applicant's Birth Certificate: Provide a copy that includes the names of the parents.
    • Last Two Years' School Report Cards: Submit copies for academic evaluation.
    • Current Report Card: Include a copy if available at the time of application.
    • Passport-Size Photo: Attach a small, passport-sized photograph of the applicant.
    • $50 Domestic Application Fee Receipt: Include a copy of the payment receipt, payable here. (applicable only for new students).

  • Submit

    Submit everything to our Admissions Office

    • Submit the completed online application form and required documentation to our Admissions Office via email at [email protected]

  • Family-interview

    Family Interview

    • Prepare for an interview with you and your daughter. Applications will be reviewed based on the student’s report cards and the family interviews.

    • Applicant's Birth Certificate: Provide a copy that includes the names of the parents. (A notarized translation in English if applicable)
    • Student Profile Form: Complete the form online here.
    • Confidential School Report Form: Complete the form online here.
    • Grades 7 to 11 Report Cards: Submit copies of all cards. (A notarized translation in English if applicable)
    • A MEES Transcript: A Quebec student Ministry transcript (if applicable)
    • $100 Domestic Application Fee Receipt: Include a copy of the payment receipt, payable here.

  • Submit

    Submit everything to our Grade 12 program

    • Submit the completed online application form and required documentation to Ms. Brigitte Weil, Director of Grade 12 and Program Development via email at [email protected]

  • Family-interview

    Student Interview

    • Prepare for an interview with you and your daughter. Applications will be reviewed based on the student’s report cards and the family interviews.
