Sacred Heart provides your daughter with our optional lunch program as part of her school experience.

Sacred Heart provides your daughter with our optional lunch program as part of her school experience. All snack and lunch services are optional and students are free to bring their own food to school; however, please note that the school is a nut-free environment and we ask for your cooperation in helping to protect students with severe food allergies.

Quality Catering** will provide a rotating menu as follows: Three main dishes will be served daily: a hot meal, a hot vegetarian meal, and a cold option (sandwich or wrap). In addition, there will be a fresh salad option containing assorted lettuce, fresh vegetables, proteins, and assorted dressings. The menu is peanut-free. The menu is sent out each month through the highlights, or it can be found on the school website under food services. Orders can be placed directly in their website: qualitycatering.ca 

Quality Catering will also offer a daily snack service on a pay-as-you-go basis. Snacks include assorted muffins, bagels, yogurt parfaits, and fresh fruits and range in price from $0.75 -$3.75. 

Each meal includes a main course, soup or salad, dessert and a drink. Individual meals bought on a pay-as-you-go basis will cost $8.25 

Box Lunches can be provided upon 48-hour notice for school field trips.

*Yearly meal plan card (approx. 180 meals): $1305 ($7.25 per meal) payable online or in 4 postdated cheques payable to Quality Catering (Sept. 1, Nov. 1, Feb. 1, and Apr. 1).  Please provide a photo with payment. Please note, there is no refund for absences. Long term medical absences will be refunded.

Payments can be made using the following options:

  1. E-transfer to Quality Catering at the following email: [email protected]
  2. Cheque made to Quality Catering, put in an envelope with the student’s name and homeroom, clearly labeled and deposited in a desiganted box at the School’s main office. Cash will not be accepted.
