How do I get a copy of my School Transcript?
There are two ways.
In person at the School: Pick up a transcript request form at the Reception desk from Monday to Friday 8:30 – 3:30. Fill it out and return it along with payment in cash or personal cheque.
By mail: Download a Transcript request form, fill it out and mail it with payment in the form of a cheque payable to The Sacred Heart School of Montreal (please do not mail cash).
Official Transcript – a charge of $10.00 for every address to which an official transcript (stamped and sealed) must be mailed.
Student’s unofficial copy – no charge.
The request will be processed within 3 working days after receipt of payment. We cannot email or fax transcripts.
Each year Sacred Heart invites professionals from several different fields of work to visit with our Secondary V students and discuss their career choices and experiences. The format of this year’s session provided the students with the opportunity to sit down and ask questions of all our guests in ten minutes intervals.
BULLYING & VIOLENCE PREVENTION
The Sacred Heart School of Montreal is committed to building a safe and caring community. We have a zero tolerance policy towards violence and bullying. Students, parents and staff are asked to report all incidents of violence and bullying to the administration as soon as they occur. In addition, students have access to a confidential form that is directly transmitted to the administration. Please click on the following LINK to access the form.
Personal Counsellor, Florise Boyard, is available Monday to Friday during school hours , or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
