Grade 7 Entrance Scholarship

We are proud to introduce the Sacred Heart Entrance Scholarship, a merit-based award designed to recognize and support outstanding students entering Grade 7. This scholarship celebrates academic promise and a strong potential to contribute to the Sacred Heart community.

FOUR SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED

Each year, four scholarships of $5,000 will be awarded to incoming Grade 7 students who demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to making a positive impact.

This is a one-time, non-renewable scholarship open only to students entering Grade 7.

This scholarship isn’t just a financial award — it’s an invitation to be part of a school where girls lead, grow, and shine.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to students applying for Grade 7 entry
  • Minimum 85% overall average in Grade 5
  • Must complete the standard Sacred Heart admissions process
  • Submission of a short personal essay
  • Virtual student interview with someone from the Sacred Heart Scholarship Committee (15-20 minutes)

Essay Requirement

Applicants are required to submit a brief essay (300–500 words) in response to one of the following prompts:

  • How do you see yourself contributing to the Sacred Heart community?
  • Describe a challenge you’ve overcome and what it taught you.
  • What does academic success mean to you, and how do you strive to achieve it?

Essay must be emailed to [email protected] once application admissions process is completed.

Email content: Name of applicant and essay

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Must submit scholarship application by October 24th of the student’s Grade 6 year
