Domestic applicants
Are you an international student wanting to enrol in Grades 12? See our International Students processes below.
Now Accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year.
Our admissions operate on a rolling basis, meaning we review and accept applications throughout the year.
However, we strongly recommend initiating the application process as early as possible to secure your spot and facilitate a smooth enrollment experience.
Online Application Form
- Complete the online COBA application form: available here on our portal with all the details of your application.
All Required Documentation
- Applicant's Birth Certificate: Provide a copy that includes the names of the parents. (A notarized translation in English if applicable)
- Student Profile Form: Complete the form online here.
- Confidential School Report Form: Complete the form online here.
- Grades 7 to 11 Report Cards: Submit copies of all cards. (A notarized translation in English if applicable)
- A MEES Transcript: A Quebec student Ministry transcript (if applicable)
- $100 Domestic Application Fee Receipt: Include a copy of the payment receipt, payable here.
Submit everything to our Grade 12 program
- Submit the completed online application form and required documentation to Ms. Brigitte Weil, Director of Grade 12 and Program Development via email at [email protected]
Student Interview
- Prepare for an interview with you and your daughter. Applications will be reviewed based on the student’s report cards and the family interviews.

- Grades 7 to 11 Report Cards: Submit copies of all cards. (A notarized translation in English if applicable)
- English Test Results: Provide a copy of any TOEF, ILETS or any other standardized English test results (only required for Grade 10 and above) Duolingo English Test
- $300 International Application Fee Receipt: Include a copy of the payment receipt, payable here.
